Dr. George C. Bradley: An Advocate Of Higher Education

Dr. George C. Bradley's illustrious career in higher education spans over twenty-five years, marked by a dedication to resource development, strategic planning, and program evaluation. With a focus on statistical analysis and research, Dr. Bradley has made significant contributions to schools, institutions, and individuals, particularly in guiding doctoral students through the dissertation phase of their degrees.

Dr. Bradley's career trajectory includes serving as a Senior Consultant at The Bradley Group since 2002, offering expert educational services in research, evaluation, program development, and logistics. His role as a researcher at Foundation For Educational Success, LLC since October 2015 underscores his specialization in statistical analysis, data management, research design, and strategic planning.


Dr. Bradley's impact extends to academia, where he served as a core faculty member in the Doctorate of Business Administration Program at Walden University from July 2014 to May 2021. Notably, he held the position of President at Paine College from 2008 to 2014, during which he successfully raised $15 million for scientific research and instructional innovation. His leadership at Paine College included spearheading initiatives such as the construction of the Health Education Activities Learning (H.E.A.L.) Complex in collaboration with the city of Augusta.


Prior to his tenure at Paine College, Dr. Bradley served as the Executive Vice President at Claflin University from 2001 to 2007, overseeing strategic planning and institutional construction projects. His leadership roles at Webster University and South Carolina State University further exemplify his commitment to academic excellence and institutional advancement.


Dr. Bradley's academic journey is characterized by a quest for knowledge and expertise. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University, focusing on research and evaluation. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mathematics Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from South Carolina State University.


Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Bradley is deeply committed to community service and civic engagement. He has received alumni achievement awards from both Iowa State University and South Carolina State University and actively participates in organizations such as Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Pi Phi Boulé, and Rotary International. Dr. Bradley also prioritizes his family, being married to Dr. Tina Marshall-Bradley and having three children.
