Dr. George C. Bradley's Inspiring Journey for Educational Reform

Dr. George C. Bradley is concerned about the state of the American educational system and believes that urgent action is needed to make education affordable and accessible to everyone. Dr. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Mathematics from S.C. State University after graduating from Wilson High School. He excelled both academically and athletically during his time at S.C. State, playing a key role in the university's football team and being named an All MEAC player in his senior year. He later went on to earn a Master of Science in Mathematics Education from S.C. State University and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration with a focus in Research & Statistics from Iowa State University.


Dr. Bradley has had a successful career in education spanning over two decades, holding various teaching and administrative positions at colleges and universities across the country. He has written numerous articles and books on education, focusing on researching the achievement disparities between African American and white students in South Carolina.


Dr. Bradley strongly believes that early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping the trajectory of young lives. He advocates for investing more in this stage of development, citing research that highlights its long-term benefits. By laying a strong foundation in the formative years, Dr. Bradley believes we can reduce the need for special education classes and empower young people to make positive life choices.


Dr. Bradley continues to be an influential figure in education, advocating for reforms that will improve the accessibility and affordability of education for all. Through his work with The Bradley Group LLC, he provides organizations and individuals with consultation services on contemporary education issues, statistical analysis, and strategic planning.


George C. Bradley took on the position of President of Paine University in Augusta, Georgia, in 2007 and has since achieved great distinction in this role. He has received recognition and acclaim from several organizations and the South Carolina Legislature because of his strong dedication to education and commitment to community service.
